১) ব্যাক্তিত্ব বিকাশ :- ছোটোবেলা থেকেই শিশুদের খেলাধুলার প্রতি আকৃষ্ট করা প্রয়োজন। খেলাধুলার মাধ্যমে শিশুদের শারীরিক, মানসিক এবং ব্যাক্তিত্ব  বিকাশ হয়।   ২) স্বাস্থ্যকর ওজন বজায় রাখা :- শিশুদের মধ্যে অনেকেরই মোটা হওয়ার প্রবণতা  বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে।এসব ক্ষেত্রে যে সকল শিশুরা যারা বেশি করে খেলাধুলার মধ্যে সক্রিয় থাকে, বিশেষ করে স্কুলের পরে, তাদের শরীরের ওজন স্বাভাবিক হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি থাকে। ৩)  চোখ ভালো থাকা:- যেসব শিশুরা বাইরে
